The North Bailey Fire Company has agreed to rent to the above named person or group and the person or group has agreed to rent the following areas listed below located at 966 Sweet Home Rd, Amherst NY 14226.

Terms and Conditions: Hall rental shall not exceed Six Hours.  The renter agrees not to use the banquet hall for any other purpose other than _______________________________.  Renter must not sublease or assign this rental to anyone else.  Deliveries will be arranged with renter.  There will be NO SMOKING within the North Bailey Fire Company building.

Hall Rental Cost: Friday or Saturday $395.00 Sunday thru Thursday $195.00

Beverages: There will be a $1.25 per person charged for Beverages and Bar Supplies, which will be supplied by the North Bailey Fire Co. Renter, will not be allowed to supply pop.  **Beverages include, Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Sierra Mist, Ginger ale, Loganberry, Ice Tea, Tonic, and Soda.

 

Bar: Will be closed for at least ˝ hour during dinner. Renter may have bar closed longer at their discretion.

                **Bar will close 15 minutes before end of function.

 

Food: All food to be served must be provided by a licensed and insured restaurant or caterer

                Note for Caterer: All caterers must submit a Health Dept. Certificate and Proof of Insurance at least 15 days before function to the North Bailey Fire Company.  Also there will be a $.75 per person charge payable to the North Bailey Fire Co. for use of kitchen facilities if applicable.  Caterers also must furnish their own table cloths, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, etc.  The caterer of Renter must bring in all items needed to serve.

 

Renter: Assumes responsibility for any and all damage to Banquet Hall property.  North Bailey Fire Company shall not be held responsible for any lost or damage articles left behind after end of function.  In case of Cancellation deposit will be forfeited.  Deposit due at time of rental.
